We currently ship to the United State/US territories via UPS. While we typically ship orders the next business day, all orders will be processed within 5 business days. If there is any exception, we will contact you (the camper) directly.
We currently ship internationally via DHL. International orders are subject to duty and custom fees and will be estimated at checkout. Duties and fees will be collected on a COD basis by DHL. International orders ship every Friday.
Please be sure to enter your email with your order! You will receive an email when your order is placed, and another with your tracking information once it has been shipped.

Camp High garments love to be hand washed in cold water with a mild detergent, and line dried in the sun.
But when you must use those machines, please treat this garment gently. Wash this garment on a delicate cycle in cold water and dry at very low heat.
Treat the garment the way you would want to be treated. Follow these rules and while the looks may change over time, I promise to be with you through both good times and bad.
If you place an order with an incorrect size, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of having placed your order for further assistance. After 24 hours of having placed your order, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn item in the original condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund. After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Camp High will not accept returned items with any signs of wear or without the original packaging.
All sales are final on "special items" - no refunds or exchanges - only store credit. We will not accept any returns sent by post without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, please contact us at email@example.com.
All returns must be in new, unworn condition. Upon inspection, a refund, store credit, or exchange will be provided.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless informed otherwise.
We do not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods while they are in transit from the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return item(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn and in original purchased condition, and we strongly recommend using an appropriate carrier with a tracking system. If any matters of liability arise, they will be dealt with and settled between the customer and the return shipping company directly.
